

Clear as the sunny blue sky, a Saison fermented with Torulaspora and Kluyveromyces and of course a diastaticus yeast strain!
Brewed with wild thyme (Thymus capitatus) that grows literally beside the brewery in the summer!
Only using whirlpool hops, with small percentage of oats for body, lighter carbonation and some huge dry hop additions, it's more like a Brutal IPA than a Brut IPA!
